Licensed Professional Counselor

Anxiety, trauma, and depression can get us into a funk. Together we will find tools to help you manage and decrease anxiety, heal from past trauma, and soften the heaviness of depression.

Research shows that the relationship you build with your therapist that has the greatest effect on whether you will reach your therapeutic goals. It is through that connection that we will build a Foundation 4 Growth within you. My aim is to help you move toward the life you want to live.

I earned my Bachelors Degrees, in Psychology, and Substance Abuse Studies, from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2014. I then completed my Masters of Counseling in 2017 from Arizona State University. I have worked with a variety of populations throughout my education, and professional life. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), expressive therapies including therapeutic table top role playing games are common modalities in my practice. I am an advocate for, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I hope to help everyone feel comfortable in their own skin.

Since moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2017, I have worked in community mental health, and in private practice. I am currently working with people from ages 16 through 99. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Arkansas, Missouri, and Michigan. I am currently only accepting new Telehealth clients.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time in nature with my wife and animals. Hiking, mountain biking, and camping are some of my favorite activities. I also enjoy gaming of all types.
