LGBTQIA+ Therapy

It can be nerve-racking seeing a new therapist. You want them to understand you, and the struggles you are going through. You also want them to know that being queer is not the defining thing about you. This is one of the benefits of working with a therapist who is part of the LGBTQIA + community. I understand some of what you may be dealing with, but will also not assume that I know your story. I want to know who you are, and to help you work through the things causing you stress.
