Depression Therapy
What is depression? Am I depressed? These are questions you may be asking yourself. Depression may feel different for each person. Having no energy to do the things we want to do is part of it. We know there are good things happening around us, but we can’t bring ourselves to participate in the things we used to like. Sometimes this leads us to feeling inferior to others, or an excessive amount of guilt. Other symptoms could be changing in your eating or sleeping habits. These symptoms often times happen in waves, where it feels better for a while, but then dips low again.
